The maths content of the physicsandmathscourses.com A-level maths courses is held on different days. For 2-day courses, Year 1 topics are held on Day 1, Year 2 topics are on Day 2. For 4-day courses, Year 1 topics are held on Days 1-2, and Year 2 topics are on Days 3-4. You can book to join any of the days. See the below tables for which topics are covered on specific days. All exam boards are covered.

In addition to covering the entire A-level maths syllabus for your exam board (see below for details), we will cover many past papers questions so you gain experience in handling the style of question asked and how to answer questions quickly and easily.

Book early to avoid disappointment as the courses sell out quickly! Bookings from Schools are welcome. We have previously had enquiries and accepted bookings from City of London Academy Islington, Bishop Douglass Catholic School and Loxford School.

Preparation is key, however, so we encourage you to do as much revision as you can beforehand to make the most of the course. To help you to do this, we encourage you to post on our website as many maths questions as possible before and after the course, e.g. how do you do a specific exam question, and we'll post a full solution to your question online. Please use our solutions page to post questions which we will moderate and then post a solution. This resource is free to use and you don't need to book to post questions at any time. You don't need to put your actual name or e-mail address into the form if you wish to post questions anonymously.

Organisation of each daily A-level Maths Course 

The revision courses held at the London School of Economics (LSE) are from 9am to 4:30pm with a one hour lunch break and 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon where you are free to ask questions. Simply book a course and you'll receive a Payment Receipt e-mail from PayPal which confirms your enrolment on the course (subject to availability). The London School of Economics (LSE) venue is in their New Academic Building or Lincoln Inn’s Fields Building near Holborn station, London. Registration is done on the day at 8:45am.

The online revision courses are also held from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Simply book an online course and you'll receive a Payment Receipt e-mail from PayPal which confirms your enrolment on the course (subject to availability). Please note that the online revision courses are given in person from a premises in London, UK, and times given on this page are UK times. Make a note of when British Summer Time begins and ends so you know when to connect for your course.

Booking Instructions

Just use the PayPal buttions below. You don't need a PayPal account - you can use their Guest Checkout form and your payment card. The booking process is explained on our how it works page, but please contact us if you have any questions. If you don't hear from us immediately, remember that your PayPal Payment Receipt e-mail (which is copied to us) confirms your enrolment on the course (subject to availability), no further action from you is required, and we'll respond as soon as possible to any queries. Don't forget to check you've entered you e-mail address correctly and after payment, click Return to Merchant (it's important to do this to be redirected to our website) where you'll be directed back to a Confirmation Page (bookmark the page!) on our website.

4-Day Course (Note 2-day Year 1 Summer Revision Course follows Days 1&2 below):

The A-level  Maths Syllabus covered each Day is listed below.

Days 1-2 cover Year 1 topics, so are suitable for students taking the A-level wanting to study the Year 1 A-level material as well as students taking the AS exam. These days are also suitable for students who have just completed Year 12 and want to revise and consolidate in the summer holidays the whole of Year 12 in preparation for Year 13 which will involve harder content, but will be heavily based on, and a continuation of, the Year 12 content which the Summer course revises in full. 

Days 3-4 cover Year 2 topics, so are suitable for students taking the A-level wanting to study the Year 2 A-level material.
